Now that you're all caught up on us, we promise that we'll try & do better at posting updates & posting pictures!

No More Sticky Notes

As you may have noticed, we're no longer posting the daily sticky notes from God as they just got to be too time consuming! We're updating our blog & now have a fitness blog where we're working hard to get in the best shape of our lives! We started out with a video blog, but haven't really posted anything else....YET! :) If you're interested, you can find that blog at: KurtzFitness.blogspot.com & feel free to follow us & keep up with our progress! We also have a Facebook page where that blog feeds just like this one does at: Kurtz Fitness if you're interested in following there instead (in case you have a Facebook account). :) We plan to post pictures periodically to track our progress.

Gina joined Weight Watchers for 2 months & has decided to discontinue going to meetings as she has discovered a site online (thanks to a Facebook friend from NGCSU) that she's now using to help her! While using the point system for Weigh Watchers is very helpful & keeps her where she needs to be, she really likes the site better & it's FREE! It is much like Facebook in that you create a profile & just plug in all of your information. You also seek out people you know & request that they become your friend and vice-versa. It tracks your progress as you go. While it doesn't show your actual weight to everyone (unless you choose to let it), it does show your progress & updates your information as you weigh in and post your meals. It's awesome! The site is My Fitness Pal and you can add Gina by clicking on this link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ginakurtz.
