Snow Storm in Lynchburg!

Well, we had quite a day today! We were trying our best to get out of Lynchburg in order to make it to Charlotte, NC today and it looked quite grim for a little while! We have to catch a flight on Sunday morning to Aruba for Christmas and we didn't think we were going to make it in to Charlotte, but we did! God is SO good! We prayed and prayed that He'd get us here and He did! Our little front-wheel drive car did make it through the 1+ feet of snow in our neighborhood, along with the help of a nice guy with a jeep and a strap to pull us! We had to travel slow until we got well into NC, but we made it! Here are some pictures to show you how deep this mess was!
